What this covers
This notice explains how Chris Wiseman ("we") uses the information you provide through this website — the contact form and the business performance review chatbot. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or highly sensitive personal data into the site.
What we collect
The details you choose to give us: your name, role, email, telephone and business, and the answers you provide about your business, marketing, sales, systems and goals. We do not ask for advertising-account passwords — any data connection is made through a read-only authorised connector.
How we use it
We use your information to assess your requirements, prepare your review and get in touch about it. The review answers are used to understand where performance may be breaking down and what should be looked at first. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
To prepare an internal summary of your answers, we may process them using a third-party AI service (Anthropic’s Claude). Your answers are sent for this purpose only, are not used to train the provider’s models, and the summary is used internally to prepare your review — it is not a final diagnosis.
Storage and retention
Enquiries and review answers are stored securely in our database and kept only as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, after which they are removed or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Consent to marketing communications is separate — we will only send those if you have agreed, and you can opt out whenever you like.
