How this site uses cookies
This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies this website uses, and how you can control them.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies — such as your browser’s local storage — work in much the same way. We use them sparingly: only what is needed to run the site and, with your permission, to understand how it is used.
Cookies we always use
A small number are essential for the site to work properly and cannot be switched off:
Your cookie choice — when you accept or decline non-essential cookies, we remember that preference in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.
Review access — if you have been sent a private business performance review, a temporary session cookie keeps you signed in after you enter your password. It is removed once the review is complete or the link expires.
Site preview — if you are viewing the site through a private preview link before launch, a cookie remembers that for your session.
These are used only to run the site. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.
Analytics and marketing (only with your consent)
With your permission, we use Google’s analytics and advertising tools — such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager — to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. These are switched off by default: nothing loads until you accept, using Google Consent Mode. If you decline, these tools are not activated.
Managing your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which resets the banner and lets you choose again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers explain how in their help pages — though some essential cookies are needed for parts of the site to work.
